Promoting Clean Water & Sanitation with Positive Virus

Objective:
Improve access to clean water and sanitation in schools, reducing the incidence of waterborne and faecal-borne diseases.

Key Activities:

Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Programs: Install and maintain clean water facilities, toilets, and handwashing stations in schools.
Hygiene Education: Conduct hygiene promotion campaigns to teach students about the importance of handwashing, safe water storage, and sanitation practices.
Waterborne Disease Prevention: Implement measures to prevent waterborne diseases, including regular water quality testing and community education.
Student-Led WASH Committees: Empower students to take ownership of maintaining clean water and sanitation facilities through the formation of school WASH committees.

Expected Outcomes:

Improved hygiene practices among students, leading to better health outcomes.
Reduced absenteeism due to waterborne and sanitation-related diseases.
A cleaner, safer school environment that supports student well-being.
